Order a wheel replacement for luggage

I need a replacement spinner wheel for my luggage i bought at dillards in Abilene TX about 2 years ago. They are ivory and gray in color the spinner wheels are all ivory in color. I can find the spinner wheels any where that fit my luggage since they are more square than all the others. Let me know what you can do for me. Thanks

Do not buy here. I order an item on March 2020 and on this date I haven't received. I reach customer service all this time and the only thing they tell me to resolve the problem is WAIT. Im tired of wait for 6 month. Its enough!!!!

I ordered a dress for a wedding for I am photographed often—I am a wedding blogger. Called customer service 5 times and they only said they would have to ask their manager about the shipping. I have no dress for the wedding next week and no answer on the order. Even though the dress is still available online. Why would this company do this? Am I not pretty enough for their dress? I was nice as could be on the phone and online but enough is enough! I will continue to blog about this incident until it is resolved!

i ordered the Emilia coat online i wanted the olive color since i own the black one already. I noticed an error on the color the olive picture said black under and viceversa. So i contact the chat on their website where they assured me it was fine to order the picture in olive. so i purchase it since it was a backorder item i waited a month or more to get it. And surprise it was the black one. Why should i pay tax if they assured me it was the right one. I called maybe to exchange it for olive of course they didnt have it anymore plus whoever was on the line didnt even hear me out say just return it you will get a refund. What kind of customer service to your clients is that BCBG MAX AZRIA?

rude customer service, doesnt have what online says it does, has old. cheaper items not the ultra high end Lord and Taylor does not good service, i needed a 0 in a dress but was informed they only carried 4-10. i think this is an American problem as this did not occur in a UK branch. save the $ for a retail store who carries bcbg. bcbgeneration has awful quality but bcbgmaxazria is amazing. id suggest the sleeveless pinstripe popover dress or the faux leather button up military dress. i do love the section in Lord and Taylor which caters to more diverse sizes than the rip off outlet does!

BCBG -Over prices items made in china

Even worst! I bought two dresses in Montreal- Canada and I was not told about this inflexible "not refund policy" .

In fact the sales representative told me that I have one month to exchange my item, the important was to keep the labels undamaged. I went to the shop today wanting to have a refund in one of the dresses I bought and I couldn't because there is not refund policy and I was not told even not for the cashier when I payed or even not for the sales woman representative who sold me the items. Even worst! there nothing in the sales receipt .

I really consider this disrespectful and dishonest ! After expending 850 CAD! I just realized that the business model of BCBG is fishing for customers. They omit important information and they tried to make you believe there is almost one item per size in order to make you rush and to buy this over price clothes.

In my opinion this is a fraud or scam. They take advantage of the client, if you check theirs clothes are just polyester and cheap materials that they disguises with some nice and originals clothes designs.

in conclusion overprice clothes and accessories made in China with cheap materials, dishonest marketing strategies and inflexible refund policies. I won't buy there anymore.

Bought a new item in store not on sale very expensive, changed my mind and to my surprise cannot get a refund, store credit or exchange only! Interesting not only is this a horrible policy, and is completely different from ordering on line which allows 30 days for full refund, I was never informed about it at the counter by the sales clerk. And the response from the store in Toronto was it's on your receipt well if you have a receipt it's already too late because you've purchased something. Terrible service terrible policies and will never buy from them again

I ordered a dress well in advance for an event scheduled for 9/3/16. I received a totally wrong dress on 9/2/16. When I called customer service, they were of no help. I was told that I had to return the dress and they would issue a refund in 7 business days after they received it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were attending to other customers and would contact me in 1-2 business days. I requested that they overnight me the dress that I ordered and I was told that they don't deliver on weekends. Whose fault is it that they have incompetent staff? I shop online all the time and I have never had an issue. The customer service at BCBG Maxazria is horrible and I will not be ordering there again.

Terrible experience ordering from BCBG

I ordered a blue gown on 7/16/2016. I've received an e-mail today from BCBG asking me to review my purchase, but the dress never arrived.

I called customer services to ask what's going on with my dress I ordered over two weeks ago. She said that the dress was never shipped out, there are no more available...She couldn't give me any reason at all beside "I'm so sorry, we should've emailed you". Really?!?!?!

She did not offer any further discount besides the expedite shipping if I choose one of your "available" dresses.

This is very bad customer services and experience, I will NEVER order or purchase anything from BCBG in the future.

BCBG MAX AZRIA GROUP - Dress Review from Addison, Illinois

I had purchased a dress for a upcoming wedding and due to some unforeseen circumstances I didn't attend the wedding. I texted to return the dress at BCBG in Lord and Taylor (Schaumburg location) and the sales person would not take it back. I explained to her that I did not wear the dess and I wanted to return it. Because the clasp was loose she said that she could not take back the dress! I asked to speak to her manager and she claimed that she was. When I realized that I was getting nowhere with her I asked for her district managers name,phone number, and or email she said they don't have one. Not only that,but Banu (salesperson) decided to call another BCBG and tell them NOT to return the dress. I have been a made many purchases with BCBG and NEVER have been treated like this before! Because of the lack of customer service I will never buy from them again!

Rude Sales Associate

My daughters and I buy a lot of merchandise from your stores. I attempted to return a jacket and pants at the Lord and Taylor store in Northbrook Court, Illinois, last week and was treated extremely disrespectfully.

The women behind the counter (she claimed to be the manager) humiliated me by announcing that she would not accept the pants because she felt they had been worn. She went on to examine every inch of them and proclaimed "these pants have been worn." I told her I had worn both the jacket and pants around the house in order to determine whether they were comfortable. They were not. Both items had tags.

She accepted the jacket but not the pants. When I asked to speak with a manager she said she was the manager and that she was always there.

I was very upset when I left and still cannot believe I was treated in this manner. I assure you I will never purchase another piece of clothing from you again.
