I purchased a dress and my understanding was that if I returned the dress within 10 days I would receive a refund.I took the dress back within 4 days and was treated rudely by the clerk.

I have called customer service and was told someone from the corporate would contact me. No phone call yet. The store policy was not visible prior to the purchase in the store. I was shopping with a friend and she understood the policy as I did.

I cannot afford to have a credit of $358.28.

I made this purchase on vacation.There is no BCBG in the area I live in.
